With over two decades of experience in academic, institutional, and commercial projects in the New Mexico-El Paso region, Cesar combines meticulous design craftsmanship with a commitment to practical design solutions. He is a Licensed Architect in New Mexico and Texas, a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C, an NCARB Certificate Holder, and a New Mexico Contractors License holder. Cesar is hands-on in his approach and oversees the daily operations of each project, including site and construction management. He believes in aligning the client's vision and expectations with the precise specifications detailed in the construction documents. Cesar is passionate about achieving high design quality, which is a critical aspect of his approach to every project. His impressive track record includes multiple awards and recognition for his exceptional contributions to the field.

Michael possesses over a decade of experience as a Project Manager. Prior to his architectural career, he spent eight years in the construction field, amassing a profound understanding of building construction, architectural plans, and the practical functionality of assemblies beyond their appearance on paper. In his professional architectural practice, Michael has led several prominent projects in Las Cruces, assuming roles as Lead Designer and Project Manager for key organizations, including Las Cruces Public Schools, New Mexico State University (Main Campus, East Mesa Campus, Gadsden Campus, Carlsbad Campus), AG Center, Mountain View Hospitals, New Mexico Border Authority, and the City of Las Cruces. Michael’s wealth of experience spans various complex project types, adding a valuable constructability perspective to our team. His extensive expertise contributes to producing meticulous drawings that leave little room for ambiguity upon completion.

Vianey plays a key role in our team by shaping the design of spaces from concept through construction. She brings a strong eye for interior design and finish selections, helping clients visualize their projects through detailed renderings and thoughtful space planning. Beyond design, Vianey ensures that every idea is carried through with precision by preparing construction documents and actively supporting construction administration. She regularly visits job sites, reviews progress, and coordinates with contractors to help ensure the design intent is carried out and the final result meets our standards. In addition to her project work, Vianey collaborates closely with team members across disciplines and takes a leadership role in guiding and mentoring interns. With a blend of creativity, technical skill, and leadership, she supports the team in bringing projects to life from vision to completion.

Raul is a dedicated and results-driven Architectural Associate with a strong background in construction estimating for residential projects, structural systems—particularly roof trusses—and the development of comprehensive construction documents for commercial buildings. In his current role as a Project Manager at Nine Degrees Architecture & Design, Raul oversees projects from schematic design through construction documentation. He collaborates closely with multidisciplinary consultants to ensure smooth project coordination, timely delivery, and increased productivity and profitability for the firm.

Steve's role extends beyond drafting, as he actively contributes to quality control in the preparation of construction documents. Having played a key role in notable projects in the area, Steve brings a wealth of experience. Some of his noteworthy contributions include work on projects such as The El Paso’s Children Hospital, Mexican/American Cultural Center, and the Chamizal Recreation Center.

Her duties involve assisting with the preparation of proposals, editing and coordinating documents, collecting data, generating resumes and project pages, as well as managing printing and delivery.
