NINE DEGREES Architecture + Design was responsible for implementing life safety upgrades, a multifaceted project encompassing a spectrum of vital enhancements. Among these is the installation of a cutting-edge roofing system to ensure the structural integrity and protection of the building, safeguarding its occupants from the elements while enhancing energy efficiency. Our teams' expertise extends to mechanical HVAC upgrades, where we meticulously assessed, designed, and implemented advanced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Moreover, our dedication extends to electrical service upgrades, ensuring the school's electrical infrastructure is reliable and safe. Lastly, the removal of all existing exterior wall systems, windows, doors, and wall mounted devices, interior gypsum board and perimeter wall computer tables of each stud, and replace with a Masonry Engineered Veneer System, a perimeter concrete curb, new aluminum storefront windows, and re-flash and re-install hollow metal doors and awnings.
