NINE DEGREES Architecture + Design, Inc. was responsible for designing and executing the structure of the 39,000-square-foot concrete shell building with a primary focus on functionality and an inviting atmosphere defined by abundant natural lighting. The ground floor of this structurally sound concrete shell building has been designated to accommodate a Primary Care Facility and an Orthopedics clinic. The elegant atrium entrance exudes an air of spaciousness and accessibility, meticulously balancing an extensive office area and examination rooms tailored to meet the privacy needs of clients. The first area features a reception area that leads to ten examination rooms, two procedure rooms, two cast rooms, an X-ray facility, laboratory spaces, a Nurse Station equipped with workstations, five private offices, three additional offices, a dedicated workspace, and a practice management room. A staff lounge area adds a further dimension of comfort and convenience. In the second area, nineteen examination rooms, eight offices, a practice management room, laboratories, a Nurse Station with workstations, five more private offices, and a dedicated Staff Lounge are set up around a waiting room. The facility exudes a consistent theme of modernity and cleanliness, seamlessly integrating contemporary materials and bespoke millwork to create a sophisticated aesthetic.
