NINE DEGREES Construction, LLC constructed a new facility within an existing Medical Complex located in Sunland Park, NM. This facility offers General Medical services to underprivileged residents.

The new addition is a 4,000 SF building that provides Behavioral Health services, thus expanding the types of services offered at the location. The design aim was to match the appearance of the existing building in front while utilizing cost-effective elements to create a new building that looks similar. This approach helps identify the Behavioral Health facilities among other buildings operated by the same organization. The new facility features offices, counseling rooms, conference rooms, a break room, and ADA-compliant restrooms, all accessible through a main circulation corridor that ensures acoustic privacy.
