NINE DEGREES Construction, LLC constructed a new 10,000 SF behavioral health counseling center for La Clinica de Familia, a local non-profit medical provider. This project aimed to relocate their Behavioral Health Operations in Las Cruces from multiple buildings throughout downtown into one dedicated Behavioral Health Complex. This was done to better serve the high-demand and under-served population of patients.

The center was built on a residential street, and it was designed to blend with the surrounding area by following specific guidelines. In the development of the facade, the use of scale and proportion was crucial. This was done to ensure the facade blended with the smaller residential buildings across the street. The site has been prepared for future expansion, with space for an additional building to be constructed within the same complex to share parking and other services.
