In a joint partnership with EFFICIO Construction, NINE DEGREES designed and served as the Architect of Record to create a contemporary twist on a pre-engineered metal building. NINE DEGREES was responsible for designing and serving as the Architect of Record. The project began with a Master Plan Study that analyzed building layouts, dimensions, and quantity. This analysis was conducted to create an optimized site layout that could accommodate a broad range of potential tenants. The project was divided into two phases.

Phase 1 consisted of suites designed to cater to various tenants, including General and Specialty contractors, Medical Offices, and clinics. The building is currently occupied by the anchor tenant and the developer, as well as several adjacent leasable suites.

Phase 2 will involve the construction of two additional buildings, adhering to the same architectural aesthetic and design principles.
