Cesar Molina established NINE DEGREES Architecture + Design, Inc in 2007 with the primary goal of creating a dedicated practice that prioritizes client satisfaction through design excellence and exceptional client service. With over two decades of experience in academic, institutional, and commercial projects in the New Mexico-El Paso region, Cesar combines meticulous design craftsmanship with a commitment to practical design solutions. He is a Licensed Architect in New Mexico and Texas, a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C, an NCARB Certificate Holder, and a New Mexico Contractors License holder. Cesar is hands-on in his approach and oversees the daily operations of each project, including site and construction management. He believes in aligning the client's vision and expectations with the precise specifications detailed in the construction documents. Cesar is passionate about achieving high design quality, which is a critical aspect of his approach to every project. His impressive track record includes multiple awards and recognition for his exceptional contributions to the field.

Michael possesses over a decade of experience as a Project Manager. Prior to his architectural career, he spent eight years in the construction field, amassing a profound understanding of building construction, architectural plans, and the practical functionality of assemblies beyond their appearance on paper. In his professional architectural practice, Michael has led several prominent projects in Las Cruces, assuming roles as Lead Designer and Project Manager for key organizations, including Las Cruces Public Schools, New Mexico State University (Main Campus, East Mesa Campus, Gadsden Campus, Carlsbad Campus), AG Center, Mountain View Hospitals, New Mexico Border Authority, and the City of Las Cruces. Michael’s wealth of experience spans various complex project types, adding a valuable constructability perspective to our team. His extensive expertise contributes to producing meticulous drawings that leave little room for ambiguity upon completion.

With over three decades of drafting experience, Steve is a skilled professional in the field. His commitment to continuous learning has led him to acquire the latest training in Revit. Steve's role extends beyond drafting, as he actively contributes to quality control in the preparation of construction documents. Having played a key role in notable projects in the area, Steve brings a wealth of experience. Some of his noteworthy contributions include work on projects such as The El Paso’s Children Hospital, Mexican/American Cultural Center, and the Chamizal Recreation Center.

Gabriel serves as Technical Support in our Architecture Department. He has an impressive career spanning 39 years, during which he has gained expertise in diverse fields, including residential design, architectural department management, construction, and project management. His career includes collaborations with some of the top home builders in America.

With accounting and budgeting experience in the architectural and construction service industry, she can provide expert financial management, accounting functions, and human resources. Patty is passionate about ensuring that every financial aspect of a project is handled with precision and care, from budgeting and forecasting to payroll and bookkeeping. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Elizabeth is our Marketing Assistant. She is highly enthusiastic about collaborating with our architects and designers to showcase their work through compelling content and engaging digital media. Her duties involve assisting with the preparation of proposals, editing and coordinating documents, collecting data, generating resumes and project pages, as well as managing printing and delivery.
